Beth Galloway, MA CCC-SLP

Beth Galloway started with Chapel Hill Pediatric Therapy, Inc in 2004.  She received her Bachelor's and Master's of Arts in Communication Disorders from Appalachian State University in 1997 and 2000 respectively.  She initially began working within the public school systems in Stamford, CT, servicing the K-5 grade levels.  She also worked within the hospital setting working with patients with dysphagia or language impairments.
While working for the public school, she was asked to become a team member of the Preschool Intervention Team where she evaluated and planned goals for the preschool population.  In addition, she became the lead Speech-Langauge Pathologist for the district program for children with social language disorders.  Currently, Beth works mostly with children in the birth-5 year range.  She works with children in preschool and day care settings, and with programs such as the Children's Developmental Services Agency, NC Pre-K, Head Start, and Early Head Start.  Beth resides in Chapel Hill with her husband and two sons.  

Virginia Welford, MS CCC-SLP

Virginia Welford received her Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences in 1991 from University of South Florida.  She began her career seeing children and adults in hospital, rehabilitation and clinic settings.  She has worked in a school system for 10 years with a preschool intervention program.  Virginia has been working with Chapel Hill Pediatric Therapy, Inc. since 2007, providing services for children birth to 5 in homes and schools.  In the past, she has the taught master level courses at NCCU in childhood language and speech disorders, dysphagia, and aphasia.  She has been privileged to present on topics such as Childhood Apraxia of Speech and Trachs/Ventilator for the SLP at the state conference.  Special interests include: articulation/phonology, autism, childhood apraxia of speech, language development, social language development, augmentative communication, family education and counseling.  

Erica Krieg, MS CCC-SLP

Erica Krieg joined Chapel Hill Pediatric Therapy, Inc. in 2010.  She earned her BS in Psychology from the University of Richmond  in 1997 and her MS in Speech and Hearing Sciences from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2001.  She has worked in a myriad of settings including school based therapy, assisted living facility, home health, and private clinic.  Currently her passion is treating speech and language disorders in children ages birth to five years old.  Erica resides in Chapel Hill with her husband and three children.
